Are you passionate about guiding students through the challenges of high school and helping them unlock their potential? We are seeking a dedicated High School Counselor to join our team, supporting students in their academic, emotional, and social growth while preparing them for future success.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide individual and group counseling sessions to address academic, social, and emotional challenges.
Develop and implement programs to support students’ well-being.
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to create a supportive and inclusive school environment.
Assist students with goal setting, decision-making, and conflict resolution.
Monitor academic progress and offer guidance for improving performance.
Provide resources and support for post-secondary planning.

Requirements:

Master’s degree in School Counseling or a related field.
Certification as a School Counselor is preferred.
Proven experience in counseling at the high school level.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
