Are you passionate about helping young learners thrive emotionally, socially, and academically? We are looking for a compassionate and committed Elementary School Counselor to join our team and support the foundational development of our students during their early school years.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide age-appropriate individual and group counseling sessions to support emotional and social development.
Foster a safe, inclusive, and positive school climate for all students.
Work closely with teachers, parents, and administrators to support student well-being and academic success.
Help students build essential skills such as emotional regulation, communication, and conflict resolution.
Identify and address behavioral or learning challenges early, and refer students to appropriate services when needed.
Develop and deliver proactive guidance lessons aligned with student needs and school goals.

Requirements:

Master’s degree in School Counseling or a related field.
Certification as a School Counselor is preferred.
Experience working with elementary-aged children in a school or counseling setting.
Excellent communication, empathy, and collaboration skills.
