Are you a student-centered educator committed to helping every learner reach their full potential? As a Secondary School Interventionist, you will play a critical role in supporting students who need targeted academic assistance, helping them overcome challenges, strengthen foundational skills, and build confidence across subject areas.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct instructional support to students in small groups or one-on-one settings, focusing on literacy, numeracy, and subject-specific interventions aligned with grade-level standards.
Collaborate with classroom teachers, counselors, and learning support teams to identify students in need of intervention and develop personalized learning plans.
Use data-driven methods to assess student progress, adjust instructional strategies, and document outcomes to ensure measurable academic improvement.
Design and implement engaging, scaffolded lessons that build essential skills while promoting student independence and academic resilience.
Maintain regular communication with parents and caregivers to provide updates, gather insights, and promote shared strategies for student success.
Participate in professional development and contribute to a school-wide culture of continuous improvement and inclusive education.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Education, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
Experience working in middle and/or high school settings in intervention, learning support, or student services roles.
Strong understanding of differentiation, intervention strategies, and progress monitoring tools.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative mindset.
