Are you passionate about creating a supportive and dynamic environment for students to thrive? As our Secondary School Dean of Students, you will play a key role in guiding students to make positive choices, succeed academically, and grow personally in a safe, inclusive community.

Key Responsibilities:

Foster a culture of respect and responsibility through proactive behavior and attendance policies
Serve as a mentor, providing guidance and support to help students navigate challenges
Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support students’ academic and social development
Oversee programs that promote student engagement, community involvement, and personal development
Lead initiatives to create a safe, inclusive school environment where all students feel valued

Requirements:

Master’s degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field
Experience in student support, counseling, or a similar role in a secondary school setting
Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills, with a focus on student well-being and commitment to student advocacy
Dedication to building a positive, inclusive school environment
