Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network systems
Maintain and upgrade IT infrastructure to ensure reliability and security
Collaborate with faculty and staff to integrate technology into teaching and operations
Train and guide users on effective use of digital tools and platforms
Ensure compliance with IT policies and data protection standards

Requirements:

A Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
Proven experience in IT support and systems administration
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
Bilingual proficiency (English and Arabic) to effectively support diverse users
A passion for leveraging technology to enhance learning and organizational efficiency
