Key Responsibilities:

Support the Principal in leading daily school operations with efficiency, care, and vision
Foster a safe, inclusive, and engaging environment that promotes student success and wellbeing
Collaborate with teachers to strengthen instructional practices and ensure high academic standards
Build strong relationships with students, families, and staff to cultivate trust and partnership
Contribute to strategic planning and school improvement initiatives that align with our mission

Requirements:

Master’s degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or a related field
Proven experience in middle school teaching and/or leadership roles
Passion for empowering students and supporting teachers in their professional growth
