In this essential role, you will be a trusted resource, helping students build the skills and resilience they need for success both inside and outside the classroom.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide individual and group counseling to support students' social, emotional, and academic needs.
Develop and implement programs that promote student well-being, confidence, and personal growth.
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to create a nurturing and supportive school environment.
Assist students with goal-setting and strategic planning for academic and personal success.
Serve as an advocate for students, ensuring their voices are heard and their needs are met.

Requirements:

Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
Certification as a School Counselor.
Prior experience as a school counselor, preferably with middle school students.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with students and inspire them.
