Key Responsibilities:

Support the Principal in overseeing daily school operations with clarity, consistency, and vision
Foster a safe, inclusive, and academically rigorous environment that empowers students to thrive
Collaborate with teachers to strengthen instructional practices and ensure high standards across all subjects
Build strong relationships with students, families, and staff to cultivate trust and shared purpose
Contribute to strategic planning, professional development, and school improvement initiatives that align with our mission

Requirements:

Master’s degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or a related field
Proven experience in high school teaching and/or leadership roles
Passion for empowering students and supporting teachers in their professional growth
